The administration department of the E.U.C. “Parques de Sotogrande” manage, administrate and control the financial assets of the same as well as the staff for a correct elaboration of the budget and its distribution.

Their main activities are the following:

• Attention to property owners:
• Collection of payment and control of debtors
• Negotiation with suppliers and dealers.
• Drafting of the annual Budget.
• Filling and preservation of documents.
• Financial control and accounting records of the operation of the Entity.
