Sotogrande is situated in the Southern Mediterranean cost of Spain, at only 40 kms. north of the most southern point of Europe. More to the north on the same coast we can find the following towns such as Málaga (100 km), Marbella (45 km) and Estepona (25 km). To the south is Gibraltar (15 km), Marbella (45 km), Algeciras (30 km) and Cádiz (130 km).

It belongs to the Province of Cádiz and within it to the Municipality of San Roque, town nearby to which it depends Administratively and where its Town Hall is, its governmental and Municipal services are attached.

The E.U.C. “Parques de Sotogrande” administrate an area of 1.000 hectares with more than 3.900 properties, 98 hectares of green zones and 56 km of roads.
