The E.U.C “Parques de Sotogrande” has a Department for the maintenance of the Infrastructures which is supervised by an Area Director and a Maintenance Manager who supervise the daily repairs and maintenance tasks to be undertaken in the urbanization. This Department also hire the service of some subcontracted companies to carry out the major maintenance works.

Within its activity we refer to different groups of activities:

• The conservation, maintenance and cleaning of pathways, roads, pedestrian crossings and car parks.
• The conservation and maintenance of the drainage network of the urbanization.
• The conservation and maintenance of the road lighting network and communal areas.
• Ensure the compliance of the urban legislation within its scope of action.
• Other specific tasks relating to maintenance or repairs of unexpected breakdowns.
• Collaboration with the main suppliers for services such as (electricity, communications, water, etc…)
