The EUC informs you that the voluntary payment period expired ( in previous years has been established on 31st March), therefore legal proceedings will be initiated against all debtors without direct debits.

The non-payment of quotas within the voluntary payment period results in extra costs in management that should not be supported by those who faithfully comply with the payment within the established period. For this reason, the General Assembly held on 13th August 2020 agreed to tighten the application of surcharges to quotas in arrears:

• 5%: for fees paid after the voluntary period (1st June 2020 or following the first non-payment of a quarterly direct debit instalment) and up to the receipt of the demand letter, burofax or notification on the notice board.
• 10%: for fees paid within the period granted by the demand letter, the burofax or notification on the notice board.
• 20%: for fees paid after the period granted by the demand letter, the burofax or notification via the board.
